Service Terms

By authorizing WDR PRO’s to perform emergency water mitigation, water extraction, or structural drying on your property, you agree to the following operational terms and service guidelines. Water damage is a progressive emergency, and immediate mitigation is required to limit structural decay and prevent mold.

Mitigation Authorizations

  • We are authorized to install and run commercial LGR dehumidifiers and air movers on your property.
  • You agree to keep all drying equipment plugged in and running continuously for the duration of the drying cycle.
  • Our technicians are authorized to perform non-invasive moisture sweeps and drill necessary venting holes in walls.
  • We reserve the right to recommend drywall flood cuts or carpet pad removal to ensure complete structural dry outs.

Billing & Insurance Claims

  • We document the drying process scientifically, sending moisture logs and Xactimate estimates directly to your adjuster.
  • You remain ultimately responsible for all mitigation costs if your insurance carrier denies coverage.
  • A deductible payment may be required at the start of emergency mitigation services.
  • Payments for non-insured private dry outs are due upon the completion of structural drying verification.

Liability & Progressive Damage

WDR PRO’s is not liable for secondary mold growth or dry rot that occurred prior to our arrival or because of equipment tampering. Homeowners must allow our technicians to verify dry standards daily to ensure wood framing safety.
